Walking club in the workplace Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa or Calgary
We can help you to organize a corporate walking club at your office in Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa or Calgary. Medical studies show that walking, even if only 30 minutes a day, can benefit your heart, help control your weight, diabetes, and prevent other chronic diseases. Walking releases endorphins and will give you a sense of accomplishment and well-being.
We can help you to create your walking club at your workplace; we can even participate to guide and motivate your group of walkers. As we lead the group we will use this time to promote fitness and healthy living tips for the participants. To motivate the group to walk longer and faster we may use technology if needed.
