I am a Tai Chi and Qigong instructor with over twenty years of dedicated training and teaching experience. As a 6th-generation inheritor of the authentic Yang-style Tai Chi lineage, I studied under Master Zhai Chaofeng, a direct disciple of Grandmaster Yang Zhenduo. I am known for my upright postures, integrated internal energy, and precise, principle-based instruction.
In addition to Tai Chi, I have also practiced Muay Thai for many years, which has provided me with a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of body structure, strength control, movement coordination, and functional training.
My family background also offers a unique advantage. My late father, Dr. Jingchang Hu, graduated from Kunming Medical College with a degree in Clinical Medicine and completed advanced studies at Kunming University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He served as Chief Surgeon at Kunming First People’s Hospital, where he successfully integrated modern medical science with Traditional Chinese Medicine. His academic influence and guidance laid a strong foundation for my own teaching system, which integrates Tai Chi, Muay Thai, rehabilitation, and wellness principles.
My programs are built upon classical Tai Chi theory, combined with breathing exercises, movement control, and modern rehabilitation methods. Through systematic training, students enhance joint mobility, coordination, flexibility, and balance, while also improving posture, body recovery, and energy regulation. The courses are progressive, safe, and effective—suitable for participants of all backgrounds and experience levels.
