Depending on the participants’ comfort and mobility, exercises may be completed on a mat, while standing, or with the support of a chair. The instructor can provide different options within the same class so participants can move according to their abilities.
Mobile Mat Pilates at Your Location
Mat Pilates is especially suitable for mobile instruction because it can be offered in many settings with minimal equipment.
Sessions primarily use body weight and controlled movement. When appropriate, the instructor may also incorporate resistance bands, small Pilates balls, light weights, or other portable accessories.
Before the first class, we can confirm how much space is required and whether participants should provide their own mats or equipment.
