Meet Matthew:

I grew up in New Brunswick, Canada.  I was always a chubby kid and was quite shy because of that fact.  I was never really into health until 10 years ago when I experienced a severe case of sciatica.  From that moment I promised myself that I would get in good health, and so began my journey of health and wellness.  I worked hard every day, and after 2 years I went from 250 lbs to 175 lbs with just regular working out which included mostly strength training and cardio.  Then 8 years ago I started to get into meditation to help calm my mind, and then eventually I found Yoga. 

 

Yoga has been an important part of my life since then.  I’ve also been practicing the WIM HOF Method for around 8 years, which has also been a big part of my life, and would like to get certified someday.  I recently left my full-time job to focus on teaching Yoga, to help as many people as I can to grow their practice.
