He studied fitness kinematics, anatomy and biomechanics at Biwako Seikei Sports College and he is a certified personal trainer with many years in the industry in Japan. He has a solid knowledge of exercise anatomy biomechanics and can train people based on appropriate fitness levels. He wishes to teach, help and coach people to achieve their fitness goals and improve their lifestyle.
