Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga includes physical postures (asana), breathing (pranayama), and meditation. Conscious breathing is a simple technique used to transform and release feelings of fear, anxiety, and tension as you come into the present moment. It brings strength and balance to your body and helps to find your own peace and joy; learning how to maintain it every moment. It takes us back to our source which is our body.

Beginner's Yoga

This class is designed for those interested in trying yoga for the first time or any yogi interested in bringing their practice back to the basics. The class will explore the foundations of Hatha yoga postures, providing detailed guided instruction and address any questions that students may have along the way.

Intermediate Yoga

Intermediate yoga is for those who have participated in yoga before and want to deepen their practice. Intermediate classes provide physical benefits of yoga along with the opportunity to explore a deeper meaning in life (dharma).

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is very relaxing gentle yoga. A lot of props are used to get into comfortable positions where asanas are held longer with meditations.

Meditations

Teaches us to trust in yourself that anything is possible. We can learn how to meditate when our body is still in pain. Discover our inner strength. Learn that we are not our thoughts, we are the awareness. Helps to overcome addictions and sleep better. Transforms our life so we can be in bliss every moment.

Vinyasa Flow

Is similar to Hatha yoga, however; students are moving continually in various sequences. Routine practice can increase muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and reduce levels of stress. This style is suggested for students with previous yoga experience.

Yoga for Runners

Hips and hamstrings often get tight which can lead to pain and injury. This class will focus more on strengthening and stretching the hips and hamstrings in order to create balance and symmetry in major muscle groups.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga teaches us how to cultivate both confidence and body-based consciousness through personal practice. It shows you how to be mindfulness with each asana, accepting what is happening to our bodies and our lives, which helps raise our level of consciousness.

Lower Back pain

Let go of lower back suffering and return your body and mind to its natural harmony, strength, and fluidity. By using all types of asana you will observe the imbalances and move towards balance.

Children's Yoga

All ages.  Help children learn self-acceptance, respite within, and courage.

Yoga for all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Stress and anxiety are common emotional states for today’s youth and adult. Come and explore creative ways to help yourself release tension, ground & protect your energy, and magnify the peacefulness and joy in your lives.
